As a result of the janitorial and sanitation industry being in high demand due to COVID-19, we have seen a significant increase in demand for our products. We are doing everything possible to meet the increased demand while keeping our staff as healthy and safe as possible.
Extended lead-times:
- As a result of being inundated with orders due to COVID-19, we are experiencing delays beyond our standard 17-business day lead time and we are moving to a temporary 27-business day lead time for the foreseeable future. Please know, we are doing everything possible to move back to our 17-business day lead time.
- Please communicate with us if you need a “minimum quantity” divided out of your entire order to be shipped by a specific date. We will make every effort to ship that “minimum quantity” by the specific date we come to an agreement on within the 27 standard business day lead time. We will provide you updates regarding the remaining of your order and when you can expect it to be shipped.
We understand the frustration this change may cause and are doing everything possible to get back on track with our 17-business day lead time. We will continue to communicate any up-to-date information, as well as remain available during standard business office hours, Monday – Friday: 7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. CST, to assist with any questions or concerns you may have regarding your order(s).
